HEY, I’M MATT,
Growing up I was always the last picked for the team, the one who didn't always quite fit in. I spent so long trying to change myself to feel like I belonged, but nothing ever felt right until I found fitness. I fell in love with the industry not because someone told me to, but because it transformed my life. Fitness has given me confidence, purpose, and a sense of belonging that I was chasing when I was younger.
For a lot of people health and fitness is associated with restriction. But fitness shouldn't feel restrictive, it's not about sacrificing everything you love or punishing yourself every day. It's about finding enjoyment in the process and creating a balanced lifestyle that works for you and I want to help you find yours.
